Compromised Account Recovery
Help for hacked email, phishing incidents, suspicious logins, infected devices, locked accounts, and documentation your provider may request.
When accounts get locked after suspicious activity, cleaning the device is often only part of the job.
We help secure your devices, recover access where possible, set up safer authentication, and document the work performed.
Clean. Secure. Document. Move forward.

Documentation for account reinstatement
Some providers or financial institutions may ask for proof that a device was inspected or cleaned before restoring account access. When appropriate, ProTek can provide a service letter describing the cleanup steps performed.
We can help clean and secure your devices, document the work performed, and provide a letter your provider may request. Account reinstatement decisions are made by the financial institution, email provider, or account provider.
Compromised account recovery pricing
Most jobs fall under standard repair labor. Mobile device cleanup is a flat-rate service. Extended work is quoted before it begins.
Covers most standard computer-based malware cleanup, account security help, password reset assistance, and recovery guidance.
Your $100 drop-off deposit is applied toward the $150 repair minimum if you approve the service. If you decline the service after diagnosis, the deposit covers diagnostic labor.
Includes data backup when possible, data review, device reset, clean data restoration, and setup assistance.
Additional devices, extended recovery work, data recovery, advanced repair, or after-hours emergency work may require a separate quote.
