Windows Repair & Virus Removal

Failed updates, boot loops, malware, popups, driver problems, and slow computers fixed without unnecessary wipes.

We don’t start with “wipe it.” We find out what broke first.

Bring it in and we’ll tell you whether Windows can be repaired, cleaned, restored, or needs a fresh install.

Real diagnostics. Repair before reset.

Problems We Fix

Windows and malware problems we fix

Symptoms are different. The diagnostic approach is the same: test, isolate, repair, verify.

Windows won’t boot

Automatic repair loops, black screens, boot errors, and startup failures.

Failed Windows updates

Update rollbacks, broken installs, missing features, and failed patches.

Virus and malware infections

Popups, suspicious programs, browser hijacks, and unwanted software.

Blue screen errors

Driver problems, system corruption, memory issues, and hardware conflicts.

Slow startup and freezing

Startup bloat, disk issues, malware, damaged Windows files, and failing hardware.

Driver and device problems

Audio, Wi-Fi, printer, display, Bluetooth, and hardware driver issues.

Browser redirects and popups

Search hijacks, fake alerts, notification spam, and malicious extensions.

Corrupt user profiles

Login issues, missing desktop files, broken settings, and profile loading errors.

How We Work

Our Windows repair process

1

Diagnose before wiping

We check Windows, startup behavior, storage health, drivers, malware, and system errors before recommending a reset.

2

Repair what can be repaired

We fix boot problems, failed updates, driver conflicts, malware, and corrupted system files when practical.

3

Protect your data

Before major changes, we look at data safety and backup options when the drive is readable.

4

Reinstall only when needed

If Windows is too damaged to trust, we explain the options before doing a reset or fresh install.

Hardware and software problems often overlap

A slow, crashing, or non-booting Windows computer is not always just a software problem. Failing drives, bad memory, overheating, and power issues can look like Windows problems. If your computer has both hardware and software issues, we handle them under the same repair umbrella and explain what needs to be fixed before moving forward.
