ProTek uses third-party service providers to operate its business and deliver services. The providers used for a particular customer depend on the services purchased and the systems involved.
Core Business and Website Providers
- Microsoft 365 - business email, identity, collaboration, and document services.
- Cloudflare - domain name services, network security, and website delivery.
- Vercel - website and application hosting.
- MongoDB - application database services where configured.
- Resend - transactional email delivery.
- Twilio - SMS, messaging, and related communications services.
- Payment and accounting providers - payment processing, invoicing, bookkeeping, and transaction records.
Managed IT and Security Providers
Depending on the client service plan, ProTek may use remote monitoring, endpoint security, backup, cloud, communications, and support platforms, including Microsoft security services, NinjaOne, Huntress, and approved backup providers.
How Providers Are Used
Providers are given only the information reasonably necessary to perform their function. ProTek configures access, security, and retention settings based on the service and may replace providers as business or security needs change.
Regulated Information
A provider will not be intentionally used to create, receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information on ProTek's behalf unless the arrangement is appropriate for the service and required contractual protections, including a business associate agreement where applicable, are in place.
Updates
