Jump to a service
Skip the scroll. Go straight to what you need.
Three steps. No hidden fees.
The same process for every repair. From a cracked phone screen to a dead server drive.
Drop off or schedule
A $100 deposit is required to begin any service. It applies to your repair, data work, or labor. It is not an extra fee.
Diagnosis within 2 business days
Standard turnaround is included. Rush is a separate, non-refundable priority scheduling fee. It moves your device ahead of the standard queue, but does not apply toward diagnostics, labor, parts, repair cost, or data recovery.
Approval before any work
After diagnosis you receive an itemized estimate for labor and parts. Nothing moves forward until you approve.
Honest pricing starts with an honest diagnosis.
Inspect
We test the device and confirm what failed.
Diagnose
We identify the repair path, parts, labor, and risk.
Approve
You receive the estimate and decide before work begins.
We would rather tell you “we don’t know yet” than give you a price we can’t honor.

Our goal is to be transparent, communicate clearly, and let you decide before any money is spent beyond the initial diagnostic or evaluation.
