To recover this customer's data we removed the full iMac screen assembly without damaging it.

To get this customer's data — and upgrade them to a solid state drive — we had to remove the entire iMac screen assembly. Without damaging it. That's the trick with iMacs: the screen is glued on, and one wrong move turns a data recovery into a screen replacement.
We got the screen off clean, pulled the data, installed the new SSD, and put it all back together. Data recovered, computer faster than ever.
