Sometimes the device doesn't need to survive. The data does.
This Microsoft Surface came in with liquid damage and a screen so badly broken we were honestly surprised it was still attached. Repairing the Surface wasn't the priority — recovering the customer's data was.
We worked through the damage and got it all back. Computers can be replaced. Photos, documents, business files — sometimes those can't. Broken Surface, successful recovery.
